Co-Founder formed The Queens' Camp in 2019.
CEO manages the entire infrastructure and international communications. Also maintains contact with partners and establishes potential collaboration both on national and international level.
National Director for various prestigious competitions abroad such as Miss Supranational (since 2021), The Miss Globe (from 2021 to 2024), Miss Aura International (from 2022 to 2025), Reina Hispanoamericana (2022 only), Miss Charm (since 2024), Miss World (since 2025) and MISTER Global (2025).
Mentor & Trainor oversees coaching in pasarela (stage walk), manages personality development and Q&A trainings for queens.
Social Media Manager supervises the contents of various TQC accounts such as (IG) @thequeenscamp, @queensofgermany and @misssupranational_germany. Also manages the TQC account both on Facebook and YouTube.
Webmaster updates the contents of this website.

Co-Founder formed The Queens' Camp in 2019.
National Show Director plans and organises the National Competition "Queens of Germany".
Creative Director organises photo and video shoots for queens competing abroad.
Make-up Artist teaches TQC queens from basic to advance pageant makeup techniques. Also prepares them before and during a competition.
Hairstylist teaches TQC queens from basic to advance hair styling techniques. Furthermore, he provides various hairstyles before and during a competition.
Fahmida Sultana Dima
National Director for The Miss Globe Germany & Various Territories such as Bangladesh, Morocco, Saint Lucia and Uganda (starting 2025).
Trainor physically trains queens for competitions abroad which includes pasarela (stage walk) and other physical trainings. Also supervises personality development and Q&A trainings.
Mentor mentally prepares queens bound for international competitions.
Gay-Anne Fixemer
Media Head manages social media accounts and safeguards photos and videos.
Photographer creates and edits TQC's photo materials. Also manages graphics for various TQC Social Media accounts.
Videographer creates and edits TQC's video materials.
Yhum Rubia
Stylist creates and provides various styling which suit TQC trainees. Also manages TQC's various wardrobe collection.
